January 1...Reorganizing the kitchen. This is a big deal, and isn't done. But, the worth noting point is the realization that the tall, narrow but deep cabinet would be perfect for all my cooling racks, muffin pans, and cutting boards. Way better use of space than the cluttered and leaning sauce pans.
Previously, all those were stacked on a shelf, taking up lots of space and a pain to both take out and put away. So, bonus points! More room in the other cabinet, as well.
